Revert primed tnt not destroying portal blocks when it enters a portal

I might be missing something but I truly don't know why this was removed. This is a useful mechanic for unlinking portals. I know you can just light tnt while in the portal, but this change just makes this overall more difficult. I just wish I knew more about why exactly this change was implemented because it is seemingly illogical and only hurts the player's experience in my opinion.
