So often we tame a cat, dog or parrot and then just sit them somewhere, when they have the potential to add so much life and motion to a build/base. What if we could craft a placeable "food dish" with a food specific to that tameable mob, then once we've connected it to a specific pet (possibly via right click) the pet now treats that bowl like its the player. It will follow that bowl when held in thevplayer's hand, and if you place that bowl down the pet now has a set place to wander around it and won't teleport to the player when they leave. Furthermore, they can visit thier bowl at set times like villagers do thier work stations. So cats can now wonder around to sleep on a bed near by, or jump up to sit on a chest while the player does some crafting. Parrots can be brought t to a garden or Avery and flutter about while the player does some farming/gardening. Dogs can patrol around the base and keep it free of hostile mobs, while the player can go minning or exploring without fear that if you come home a little late your base will be overrun with zombies. This would add some much lifeband ambience to bases. Players can come home from exploring to a base full of life and motion, further more this could be modified help keep more wild mobs like rabits or foxes near without being fully "tamed" or kept on a lead. Or farm animals less likely to rush out an open gate the player is walking through if there is a food dish with thier prefered food near by.
