Every time Steve walks into a mine, he hits his head on rocks and other items that are potentially dangerous to a real-life person. So my idea is that you should add injuries for every time Steve does something that would register as potentially dangerous to a real-life person, such as a concussion when a player walks into a wall or a random piece of stone sticking out from the ceiling or when he jumps and hits his head on something, and some other severe injury pertaining to the other parts of his body, such as when a skeleton shoots him or a zombie bites him or a creeper explodes, something happens to his body instead of just the player taking damage.
