More villager Job behaviours

Currently the only villager with unique behaviour is the farmer who farms crops but I think some other jobs have potential for unique behaviour too. Fishermen could actually fish using a fishing rod, Butchers could breed and kill animals in animal pens and shepherds could shear sheep. It's harder to find fitting behaviour for the other jobs but the ones mentioned above could work imo. I also think it would be cute if the shepherd had a dog companion that just followed him around
