When a baby ocelot grows up, it sheds ocelot fur which can be brewed into a potion of the ocelot master which grants speed 3 and neutralizes all fall damage. Like its counterpart, the potion of the turtle master, the potion of the ocelot master only lasts for a short time. Ocelot fur could also be crafted into ocelot boots which doesn't give the player speed 3 but still neutralizes all fall damage.
