Dream Eating Phantoms

Since Phantoms are tied to Insomnia, I think it'd be neat if they were actually dream eating monsters.

Every night when you sleep, there's a chance for a "dream" or "nightmare" to occur. Afterwards if you want to collect those dreams and nightmares, you'll have to stay up for a few days until the Phantoms spawn. One or more of them should be chewing on your dreams/nightmares, kill them and the dreams/nightmares will drop as items.

You could reuse these dreams and nightmares to lure phantoms away from you by dropping them or they could be a new trading material.
