Desert/Bandlands Raiders

Whilst traveling through the desert or the badlands, you would be able to encounter hidden pirates in the sand or posted high up in the mountains that will attack you and attempt to take your items. This way these biomes will have an added sense of caution and danger along with a new use of the Spyglass, being able to peek through the ground to the surface.
