block breaking dispenser and placement dispenser

This idea is that there will be a new type of dispenser in Minecraft that will be able to destroy or place blocks. This dispenser only has one slot in which you can put a tool (a pickaxe, an axe, etc, depending on what blocks you want to destroy) if you want to destroy a block. You can also put blocks of size 64 and smaller in this slot (any type of block you want to place) so that the dispenser places it. The dispenser can break or place blocks in front of him. Blocks broken by the dispenser will drop out as items, and tools will also break, just like normal use.
