Splitscreen for minecraft bedrock pc. [local multiplayer]

I would just like to say that when I bought the pc version of minecraft bedrock edition I had thought it already had splitscreen functionality so I could play with my siblings and friend because I had an extra controller but I recently found out that it does not generally support it so I just wanted to ask if it could be like a setting or something for pc players and like raytracing you can just gray it out for devices that just should not support it like mobile devices to sum it up I just ask for there to be splitscreen support for pc players at some point thanks.
