Creepies and creeper spores

Creepers don't make sense. Why kill if you die in the process? But I have a fix:

When creepers explode, creeper spores are launched everywhere. If these spores land on dirt/grass, then they grow into a new mob after a short time: creepies.

Creepies are like mini-creepers and can grow into creepers after a short time. This would imply that creepers don't kill themselves; instead, they multiply.

Since creepers do resemble certain plants, this would make even more sense. This would also be useful for creeper farms early in the game. After all, gunpowder is hard to get in large amounts.

Breaking creeper spores before they grow is a good idea. They can be collected using Silk Touch.

    Cool idea! Though, I have one question: How would you break the spores if you die to to the creeper?

    @MrGamer987654 if you die, it immediately spawns a new creeper, as if the spores landed on your corpse
