Currently, in Bedrock Edition, the admin of the realm can toggle coordinates. Instead, whether or not you want to see coordinates should be a player choice, afforded by an option set by the admin. In other words, the admin should choose to turn on/off the option that reads something like: "Enable players to turn on coordinates". Then, it is up to the players to turn on/off coordinates when they do/don't want to see them.
