Marketplace Feedback Response Feature

I think when you submit feedback on an item in the market place, the creator should be able to respond to the feedback, and it should appear in the notification section on the main menu. It's a little disheartening when you submit feedback, and it goes off into the abyss, so you don't know if it'll make a difference or not.
