Suggestion Rule overhaul

I and many feel that the suggestion rules are flawed in many ways and i feel that a overhaul of the rules would benefit both players and mojang. Example: sideways slabs being allowed for the reason they arent is flawed for it would allow much more creativity Stuff like that. Going back and re evaluating some (Some are absolutely fine however)
