add the tricks and tails update

the tricks and tails update would add three things wolf inventory, the throwing bone, and the copper whistle

wolves will be able to collect up to three stacks of items but normally will only collect raw meat and bone related items,

the throwing bone is a bone that you throw and when thrown wolves will chase it,

the copper whistle teaches your dogs tricks
you can have as many tricks as you want
after you create a trick you have to give your dog an instruction
there are four instructions you can sit them, you can have them stand, you can have them chase a throwing bone, and you can attack something
a trick with the sit instruction would have all of your dogs within ten blocks sit
a trick with the stand instruction would have all of your dogs within ten blocks stand
a trick with the attack something instruction would have all of your dogs attack anything (not including your other dogs or you) within 10 blocks of you for 5 minutes

a trick with the chase the throwing bone instruction would make it so your dogs go looking for items to bring back to you
