Accessibility option to turn of the render of helmets

I've seen that there are rules against wearing helmets or anything on the head in lots of servers because it is harder to see the skin & identify the person using it. It would be cool if an option could be added to the accessibility settings to disable the display of stuff on the head, thus making it easier to identify people without them having to remove their helmet especially for people who can't read or have trouble reading during drama
