Add Redstone Cables and Rubber

Add cables with redstone, copper and rubber. The rubber would be obtained by using bottles on trees with tree sap, and then with a furnace convert it into rubber. Cables would be abble to make redstone mechanisms under water and they would also work outside of water. Cabbles coud also work as redstone  in the walls, but they will only reach heights of three blocks. There would be also other uses to the rubber like a rubber block that could make a change to redstone machines as the honey block did.
