End vehicle

What if there were some kind of vehicle that had 0 gravity (meaning they would have to stay on the same y level that they were placed) and could go through blocks? When the rider goes through blocks they wouldn't suffocate from blocks because of A, the vehicle, or B, an item or headwear.
