Wasps!

I have a suggestion for a new hosile arthropod: Wasps.

Wasps can spawn naturally in similar areas as bees, with a new hive block that has a reddish tint.

Bees can become wasps if they harvest nectar from a wither rose. They'll have a new texture on their body (black spots) to denote what's about to happen. If a bee nest consumes too much wither nectar, then the bee nest will become a wasp nest, and transform all bees inside.

Wasps would drop stingers upon death, which can be used to craft poison 1 tipped arrows if used in place of a flint in an arrow recipe, or can be used to craft a new Poison Resistance potion when used in a brewing stand.

Poison Resistance would function similar to how resistance functions against Wither - Negating the damage entirely, but still processing damage ticks.
