Enable Render Dragon on All Devices in Minecraft Pe

Many players, including myself, would love to see Render Dragon and Deferred Technical Review (DTR) made available on all devices for Minecraft Pocket Edition, regardless of their compatibility or hardware strength.By enabling Render Dragon and DTR on all devices, even those that are currently considered weak or incompatible, more players can experience enhanced graphics and gameplay. For devices capable of maintaining 60 FPS with RTX and DTR enabled, users should not receive any warnings.However, for devices that are very weak and not traditionally compatible, users should be given a choice with clear warnings. Upon attempting to enable these features, a warning should inform them of the potential risks, such as performance issues or crashes. If the user acknowledges this with "OK, I understand," they should receive a second and final warning to confirm their decision.This feature should be made available across all devices, including iPhones, to ensure that all players have the opportunity to enhance their Minecraft experience, should they choose to do so.
