Remove Chat Report

I was happily playing minecraft on a server that I own with me and my friends. Then all of a sudden I get banned from minecraft all together. I didn't do anything and now I cant play minecraft. Reamove this feature. It gets more abused than it actually gets used. And for those who get hurt by it, it is a pain in the butt when you dont do anything and get banned.
