Add diversity to the basic farm animals

The texture of the Cows, Chicken, Pigs and sheep feel dull compared to the rest of the mobs in minecraft. The wolves got their different textures, why not give our farm animals some love? As an example I'd love to see a big fluffy cow in cold biomes.
