Pillager reputation

Villagers have reputation, so why not Pillagers too? Both reputations start at zero. Pillagers will not attack you outside of raids at reputation zero. If you kill Pillagers, your reputation will go down with Pillagers and they will Kill on sight. If you get to reputation 50, you can join the Pillagers and help on raids. Also pillager owned villages should have Pillager banners on houses.
