Jungle villages generate in SPARSE JUNGLE BIOMES

An issue with the concept of jungle villages is that a large portion of forest needs to be destroyed in order to generate the village, and that raiders cannot reach the village. This can be fixed by having the village generate in a sparse jungle biome, which is essentially a plain biome but with jungle trees. As for what a possible jungle villages would look like, the block pallette could be a frame of jungle wood, an inside of jungle planks and a roof of bamboo planks.
