Add all Java languages (Pirate Speak, Klingon, etc) to Bedrock

Please add support options for languages like Klingon, Pirate Speak and more Java exclusive languages to bedrock. Maybe also add a language option for jawanese (language of the little hooded creatures from Star Wars that take everything they find).
