Capes for Imported Skins

Character Creator capes, such as ones bought in the Marketplace or unlocked with achievements, cannot be used on Imported/Classic Skins. If this is an oversight, it would be nice to be able to bridge the gap between Character Creator skins and Classic Skins. Capes specifically from Character Creator should be accessible in the Capes section.
