Choose the version of Minecraft Bedrock to play. Downgrade

It would be nice if Minecraft bedrock had the option to choose which version to play, like Minecraft java. Reasons: Nostalgia, sometimes versions like Minecraft Pocket Edition from 2014 come back to our memory, but unfortunately we're stuck with updates that come and go and most of the time are heavy even for powerful mobile devices that would run Minecraft well. Therefore, we can say that weaker mobile devices would only be suitable for older versions of Minecraft, so it would be useful to choose the version you want to play.
