Trial spawners & vaults emitting redstone output when completed/used

I think Trial Spawners should emit a redstone signal when the mobs have been defeated, and have the signal strength based on how quickly the player does so. I also think that vaults should emit a restone signal when opened with a trial key.

    This might be kind of odd for an underground structure, but maybe trial spawners could send a signal to shoot a firework in celebration.
