Java Accsessibility

Is it possible to try and improve the accsessibility on Java? Bedrock has a built in screen reader simular to Java but you can use the Bedrock reader a lot better, for example, you can't hover over an item and have it read what it is or even use the keyboard for UI imputs. If accsessability from Bedrock could be ported over to Java it would be greatly appresiated, thanks.
