Tiktok & twich capes to java.

I have an idea why dont we put the twich and tiktok capes to java so the people of java could use it. So the people dont get mad.

    At the time of writing this comment, both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, and will be in Java Edition by July 8. Make sure you redeem your codes by the June 30 expiration date!
