Minecon cape parity

Users that have attended Minecon and have redeemed a cape should get their capes on bedrock,

We have no proof when playing that we attended any event if we don't have our cape in game with us

along with all the parity updates and the migration you would hope player owned items would transfer as well.

This could easily be done by sending a code to all players with capes to redeem in game on bedrock or in the launcher under skins and edit there could be an option to transfer the cape to avoid people selling the capes.

I don't think this will be seen by Mojang but maybe with enough votes it might be found one day.
