Controls on Minecraft PE

So I have had minecraft PE on my iPhone from When it came out almost. Recently they updated all the keys and toolbar on there. I had to manually change the arrows and jump-button because they were very small and in completly wrong place on the screen. Before it felt natural, but not now so I tapped on the wrong places, Thats Why i changed it. Sadly, the toolbar at the bottom with all my weapons and food etc. Im not allowed to change in the settings. It is extremely small and way at the bottom so I almost end up swiping out of the game (I have an iPhone 13 mini). Before everything was okey, but now When I try to change to a sword, I first hit my friends 10 times and then I die because I changed it to slow. I cant switch my tools withouth trying a bunch of times first to hit it. Its very unconvinient and annoying. Before i could jump and change weapons at the same time withouth hitting someone by accident either. Please make it alot bigger and have a better position. I think I already had it set to bigger on the version before aswell.
