(iOS) Increase Preview Slots to 10,000

Currently, slots on iOS Preview are extremely limited, and 1000 testers maximum are too little. Raising the limit to 10,000 allows more iOS testers to join.

Every month, testing slots should increase by 1000 minimum, up to the maximum of 10,000 tester slots. There is a cap on this unfortunately due to software limitations.
