Add Tuff Golem & Copper Golem in 1.21

1.21 has added a lot of new variant of copper & tuff, so why not add Copper Golem and Tuff Golem in 1.21? The update is named "Tricky Trials", adding these to golems may make 1.21 even more "tricky", and can also prove that you will actually add the lost mobs in mob vote into the game, not only frogs.
