Add back the option to use the old respawn screen.

A little while ago there was a new respawn screen added where you went into 3rd person and the option to leave the server on the respawn screen was removed. I didn't really like it but there used to be an option under video to turn it off, but recently I realized that it got removed and now I have no choice but to use the new respawn UI which I don't really like. I've talked to a lot of my friends who I play the game with a lot and all of them have agreed that the new respawn screen is inferior. I'm not saying the new one needs to be removed or anything, but the option to change it back being added would be much appreciated.
