make breach and density not exclusive

If you had a mace that you wanted to have density and breach than you could deal more damage and reduce armor protection but to balance it make heavy cores rarer maybe a 0.1% chance to get one

    The problem is that would make maces rarer, but still extremely high in value for tight situations, and maces, like the rail gun in helldivers 2, would be used more than any other weapon. We would need way more balancing features than that to make this enchantment thin work so I do not think it to be worth it.
