Custom texture pack mixer on Bedrock

Add a system where users can mix the textures from texture packs they have bought on the Minecraft store by assigning existing textures to different blocks, This could encourage players to buy extra texture packs to add to their custom packs. This could be implemented is a system akin to the skin editor.
