Ore parity

When I watch some Java YouTubers play and get heaps of iron and diamonds I, as a bedrock player wish that I could do the same. I think if you updated the Java edition world to the same height as bedrock and made it as easy to find ores in bedrock as it is in Java, it would be greatly appreciated.
