In Bedrock, there are, to my knowledge, at least four different fonts used: Mojangles, the default font used for most text using the Latin script; Noto Sans, a clean font that can be turned on for chat and which appears in a few other places, such as when looking at achievements; a bold blocky font (I'm unsure of the name) which appears in places such as the new world creation screen; and a thinner, low resolution font (that I'm also unsure of the name of) which is used for things such as the vast majority of Cyrillic or Greek characters, as well as quite a sizable number of special Latin characters, such as ů or ð. Sometimes when using the Latin script, some letters use one font for their uppercase variant, and another for the lowercase, such as with Ğ and ğ.
These multiple fonts being used all at once can often appear quite ugly, especially during regular gameplay, where in a given language, most items have a name displayed in one font, such as Mojangles, and others using another font, usually the last one given in the paragraph above. For example, in polish, deski brzozowe would use Mojangles, and wędka would use the last font.
Mojangles should be expanded to include at least the characters used in the base orthography of all Latin script languages in Bedrock, and similarly expanded to work with all characters in the base orthography of the languages using Cyrillic and Greek scripts, as it would make the text look more consistent and aesthetically pleasing.
