The Marketplace tab on the title screen in Bedrock can be too distracting. I understand that being distracting is the point, to draw a person's attention to towards it and encourage them to look round and hopefully buy something, but for some people even the small animation can be a bit much. The animation may also draw young children's attention leading to them to drain a guardian's bank account (granted, this would be an extreme case in most instances, but it's fully possible).
I would propose an option in the accessibility settings to turn off the tab's animation, making it look the same as the other tabs on the title screen; at the very least it should turn off the animation and have a still graphic.
Additionally, the ability to turn off the animated Marketplace promotions would mean that people aren't having things they may potentially have some sort of disagreement or feel uncomfortable with in some way (eg moral or religious) promoted to them (I realise I haven't explained that brilliantly). For example, someone may have poor memories attached to Christmas, and having Christmas-themed Marketplace content promoted to them in December could be triggering; this setting would prevent them from having such content repeatedly promoted to them and making them uncomfortable.
