Revert the Mace Wind Burst change

The Wind Burst enchantment for the Mace was given a change where the wind burst effect can only be applied if you fall from at least 3 blocks. This completely ruins the Wind Burst Enchantment and honestly makes the Mace itself way less interesting. I think a good compromise would be that you would have to do jump while hitting a mob to recieve the wind burst effect, that way you can still have fun with it without it being annoying to other people.
