Netherwart and Feeding Piglins

Piglins should be able to pick up and consume Netherwart as a Food item to restore their HP.
To balance this and avoid issues, Piglins should not be able to pick up Netherwart that has been planted in Soulsand/Soulsoil.
This would give players an alternative to healing their Piglins should they accidentally incur damage from Thorns armour or the player mis-clicking when attempting to Trade. This would also further justify why Piglins live in the Crimson Biome and give another use for Netherwart outside of decoration and potions.

    Actually Piglins hang around the Crimson Forest because they hunt the Hoglins there for food. Their relationship to Nether Wart is that Nether Wart spores in the air are what allows the Piglins to survive in the Nether. That’s why they zombify in the Overworld; they can’t breathe.
