Minecraft Shaders on consoles (ps5, ps4, xbox.)

As a regular player on minecraft bedrock edition, i personally play on the ps5, i feel like it would only be fitting to allow the beast of a machine like the ps5 reach its full capacity when playing minecraft. I've noticed that ray tracing option is available in the settings in-game but it is locked as minecraft currently does not allow it on this version of minecraft. I love the shaders and ray tracing but its a shame i am not able to experience it on console. I also noticed that minecraft does not have a ps5 edition (it only has a ps4 edition), which might be a reason why mojang does not allow shaders/ray tracing in minecraft console edition. But i would love for this to be a feature that is available in the near future!

    Geez I'm waiting for Minecraft PS5 edition since PS5 released and its already getting annoying, I feel like I don't want to spend on marketplace anymore cuz PC is always best to play Minecraft. PS5 have Ray Tracing but its years late!!!

    Agreed! The ps5 version has so much potential, especially with the adaptive triggers. Can’t wait to see what the team cooks up! Hopefully they will get good feedback.
