Seriously, why isn't this in the game?
We're currently only limited to the color white for firework particles, despite firework particles elsewhere being able to have a wide range of RGB colors.
Not only would implementing this add a symmetrical RGB particle (as the dust particle isn't symmetrical), but it would also add an RGB particle that can be affected by motion values (you know, when you set the count to zero and thus the delta becomes the motion values. Also, dust is immobile when given these values, sadly).
