Would work in this order: /momentum [entity] add/remove [coordinates, tildas(~~~), entity as target, or direction based of of the entity likely with the ^^^, tildas and carrots(^^^) would work by add that much momentum to each axis, eg.~4~2~1 would ad 4 momentum on the x axis, 2 momentum on the y axis, and 1 momentum on the z axis, ^^^10 would add 10 momentum forward based off of the players head)] (value would go here you put coordinates for how much momentum to add/remove). Example command
/momentum @a[tag=fling] add ^^6^10
