Minecraft java parity to bedrock skeletons and regeneration

MC Bedrock's skeletons shoot arrows faster than Java's and I would like them to have Java parity due to the difficulty in shooting arrows and for them to move and at the same time change Bedrock's health regeneration since at the time of eating it takes a while regenerate and we have more disadvantage in the caves where there are many mobs. (good day and sorry for my English).

    I could understand you perfectly my friend and yes, despite being primarily a Java player, I did notice this problem with my bedrock survival experiments.
