Armor Stands with arms

To make more sense with these new trial structures, and the new armor trims, that they can try to make a feature that's right now only on Bedrock. Giving armor stands arms. The armor stands we have right now work fine, but it's better with the arms to give it a more Minecraft feel. Hopefully if true they can give it some more poses too.
