(Java Parity) Allow the petrified oak slabs to drop itself

In Java, when a petrified oak slab is mined, it drops itself. In Bedrock, when a petrified oak slab is mined, it drops a normal wood slab. When a petrified oak slab is mined, it should drop itself in Bedrock. Note this is about the older wooden slabs which require a pickaxe to drop and not the current wood slabs which can use an axe to mine faster.

    If a petrified oak double slab is mined, it should drop 2 petrified oak slabs in Bedrock.
