(Java Parity) Allow all Spruce tree variants to grow with spruce saplings

In Bedrock, only the default Spruces can be grown with a single sapling, and only the default mega spruces can be grown with spruce saplings in a 2x2 formation, however in Java, the pine variants of spruce trees can also be grown with spruce saplings, both in 1x1 size and 2x2 size.

In Legacy Console, the pine variants of spruce trees can also be grown with spruce saplings, both in 1x1 size and 2x2 size.

All of these spruce tree variants shown can grow with saplings in both Java and Legacy Console, as shown below:

In Bedrock however, spruce saplings in a 1x1 formation are limited to the first variant as shown, and spruce saplings in a 2x2 formation are limited to the 5th variant as shown, thus, creating a parity difference and limiting variations that could be grown with saplings.
