Add the Rascal

The rascal was such a good concept with a mob you can interact with. I was looking at the feedback page like I usually do and saw that someone was thinking Minecraft is lonely. That is why the Rascal would add more interactions to the game. Also, I know Minecraft will eventually add the losing mobs to the game, but I think the caves are in need of interaction especially since Minecraft is adding more and more to the caves. Also a copper golem because it fits Minecraft 1.21 perfect maybe tuff?
