Craft Elytra using Phantom membranes and Breeze rod(s)

Proposed Recipe: 5 phantom membranes, 1 breeze rod

Visualising the 9 crafting table slots and numbering each slot from left to right, top to bottom, place a phantom membrane in slots 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9, followed by a breeze rod, central, in slot 5.

I believe this will fulfil the membrane's potential and encourage players to intentionally and meaningfully engage with Phantoms, whilst offering further integration and incentive to seek out Breezes.

  I wouldn't support that because otherwise it would be too easy to get an elytra, it should remain an end item and only be available after defeating the ender dragon.

  Maybe you could use it on a smithing table with elytra to make reinforced elytra which has more durability
